RETURNS/REFUNDS

Our Policy Info

All sales are final - we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Exception is exercised only if the wrong item was sent or was deemed defective. In this case, we will provide a free replacement as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

Shipping:

  • Orders can be shipped to USA, Canada and most of the countries around the world. However, shipping outside of North America regions will be expensive due to the pandemic and is subject to strict duty fees. Please contact us for options to ship to your country.

  • All orders will be shipped with tracking and insurance. Please contact us if you want to upgrade to expedited shipping.

  • We are not responsible for any stolen or lost mail.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any duty and related fees. Please check with your local postal office regarding import duty / fees before ordering.

Bundle/Large Order Shipping:

  • For orders with 3 or more items, please contact us for a discounted shipping rate!

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders typically takes 2-3 business days to be processed and packaged for shipment / pickup. However, it may take longer during holiday / busy seasons.

 

Shipping Time:

  • Shipments to Canada : approx 3-10 business days to most destinations within Canada.

  • Shipments to USA : approx 7-12 business days to most destinations in USA.

  • Shipments to Int’l : approx 3-4 weeks to most countries outside North America.

LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY

What You Need to Know

Local Pickup:

  • Local pickup is available for orders placed within the Metro Vancouver region. 

  • Pickup location is at Richmond BC, and details will be given once an order has been confirmed. 

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Local Delivery Request:

  • A special request for local delivery may be available for central Vancouver areas (Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, etc.)

  • Local delivery cost $5 - $20 depending on distance.

  • Requires a minimum order of $120 or more.

  • Please contact us for availability.
